The company was founded in 1991 as a residential pest management company and has since grown to service both residential and commercial customers. We proudly serve the entire Houston metro with regular routes in Fort Bend, Harris, and Montgomery counties.

We provide monthly, bimonthly or quarterly pest management services for residential, commercial and industrial customers.

Our pest and exterminator services include general pest control, termite pre-construction treatments, termite barrier treatments (for existing homes), Wood Destroying Insect Reports, animal removal / trapping, bee removal / elimination, mosquito misting systems (installation and refill service), lawn treatment, rodent control, and more. Gulf Coast Exterminators is proud to guarantee our Maintenance Programs by simply stating “if at any time during a paid service cycle, you have a live pest infestation, we will return for additional treatment at no charge.”

Sam served the Greater Houston Pest Control Association since 1991 with leadership positions such as Secretary (2011), Treasurer (2012), Vice President (2013), President (2014) and Chairman of the Board (2015). We are a part of these pest control organizations: Building Owners and Managers Association International, Texas Professional Real Estate Inspectors Association and the National Pest Management Association.

We have insured, bonded, background checked clean-cut technicians who are well versed in customer service and experienced in all forms of pest control.
