The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International is a federation of 93 BOMA U.S. associations, BOMA Canada and its 11 regional associations and 13 BOMA international affiliates. Founded in 1907, BOMA represents the owners and managers of all commercial property types including nearly 10 billion square feet of U.S. office space that supports 3.7 million jobs and contributes $205 billion to the U.S. GDP. Its mission is to advance the interests of the entire commercial real estate industry through advocacy, education, research, standards and information.
BOMA International is a primary source of information on building management and operations, development, leasing, building operating costs, energy consumption patterns, local and national building codes, legislation, occupancy statistics, technological developments and other industry trends.
BOMA International’s members are building owners, managers, developers, leasing professionals, corporate facility managers, asset managers, and the providers of the products and services needed to operate commercial properties.
The Texas Professional Real Estate Inspectors Association (TPREIA) is Texas most respected professional and ethical Association of Real Estate Inspectors. TPREIA is a voluntary, nonprofit public-benefit organization of real estate inspectors. TPREIA goal’s are to provide leadership through education and to maintain ethical and technical standards, to enhance consumer protection and promote public awareness of the Inspection Industry and the Association. We provide all kinds of educational programming including monthly Chapter meetings, conferences, public awareness press releases, technical bulletin boards and vendor resources.
GCEPests has been a member of TPREI since July 2010.
GCEPest owner, Sam Sanford, is the proud president of the Greater Houston Pest Control Association. He joined in October 1991, and has been active since, with leadership positions as Secretary (2011), Treasurer (2012), and Vice President (2013).
The National Pest Management Association (NPMA), a non-profit organization with more than 7,000 members from around the world, was established in 1933 to support the pest management industry’s commitment to the protection of public health, food and property. This commitment is reflected both in the continuing education of pest management professionals and the dissemination of timely information to homeowners and businesses.
GCEPests has been a member of NPMA since October 1991.
The Texas Pest Control Association (TPCA) is the principle advocate and leadership organization for the pest control industry in Texas. They encourage the highest quality education, communication and representation to promote the industry and the public good.
