How do I know if I need professional pest management services?

Each property is unique but we treat all of our clients the same when it comes to their safety. We strive to learn as much about your particular concerns before treatment and design a plan around those needs. We recommend people & pets staying off all treated areas until they have dried the 1st time.

With all the bad news in the world today and because I have small children I don’t allow just anyone on my property or in my home. Can you address the trustworthiness of technicians coming to my home?

Yes! We perform pre-hiring background checks to include National Wants and Warrants, Texas Criminal History and local Criminal Background checks for the county of residence in addition to a credit check and driving history. We are just as concerned about these things as you and therefore require a clean history prior to employment.

I seem to have a lot of different pest problems at my home. Do you have a solution for me?

Yes! As stated earlier each property is unique & we can design a program to address all your needs.

Do I need to leave my home while you perform the treatment?

It depends! If the treatment is for fleas, mites, bedbugs, spiders or ticks we may ask you to stay out for 2 – 4 hours. If the treatment is for rodents, roaches, termites, ants or just about anything else you can probably remain in the home. Ask your technician to be certain.

I can’t stand the odor of chemicals. Can you do something for me?

Probably! Just let us know your concern and we’ll discuss the options for performing a low to no-odor treatment at your property .

Is there a guarantee with your service?

Yes! The period of the warranty will depend on the pest we are treating for and the program you sign up for. However, the general rule is that if you have a live pest infestation during a paid service cycle, we will return to retreat at no additional charge to you. Please discuss your warranty with your Service Technician at the time of service.

Can I be billed for my services?

Only for commercial clients and residential Maintenance Plan clients. This is one of the ways we keep our prices so low.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes. We accept VISA and MasterCard credit cards and debit cards.

Are you insured?

Yes. We carry Commercial Auto, Workers Compensation, Commercial General Liability, Excess Liability and we are bonded.

My work schedule is hectic and I don’t get home until late. Can you perform service on weekends or evenings?

Yes, we can. Just call to speak with one of our friendly staff about setting a time around your busy schedule. Don’t forget to ask about the Maintenance Program however as this service is performed from the outside and typically requires you to be home only on the 1st service.
